私も、英語や韓国語、スペイン語の勉強で同じような経験があります。ルーティンがくずれたり、ほかのプロジェクトで忙しくなったりして、思うように勉強できないときもありますよね。
でも、あきらめないで、楽しみながら続けることが大切だと思います。
少しずつでも大丈夫です。また自分のペースで、日本語に戻ってきてくださいね😊
