何も出来ないよ。
寝られないよ。
起きる時、手と顔に赤い点がある。
これは最低。

I can’t do anything.
I can’t sleep.
When I wake up, I find I have red spots on my face and hands.

I am actually enjoying this, writing in Japanese. This story was fun to write too. But I don’t like that it is real. I really hope you had fun reading it.
